Very cosy but slow. Food was good and what you would expect from a family restaurant.

I am a huge Smitty's fan & have dined at many throughout the province. I have always had a good experience at Smitty's, EXCEPT for this one. There were only 8 tables occupied and at least 4 waitresses working. One was busy chatting to some patrons and not doing anything else. The one that was assigned to us took forever just to get our water. Then kept coming out to get things for another table but ignoring us, even when we looked at her. After awhile we got fed up and left. I will NOT return to this Smitty's. The staff needs some serious customer service training!
